RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of original price paid.  Product must be in original packaging and in working order. 

Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase.  Should our product fail during this period it can be returned and an appropriate replacement will be sent after receipt of product. 

Before returning any product you must call 1-772-287-7999 to get a Return Authorization Number (RA #).  This number must accompany the returned product. 

Customers are responsible for any cost incurred in getting product back to CIS Security Solutions.
